1. Purpose
The ProFlow Referrals Program (“Program”) is designed to reward qualified participants (e.g. plumbers) who submit legitimate business referrals through the ProFlow Referrals platform.

4. What Qualifies as a Referral
A Qualified Referral must:

- Include accurate customer contact information.
- Represent a genuine opportunity for services.
- Be submitted in good faith.

When multiple participants submit the same customer, ProFlow may consider factors including:
- Date and time submitted.
- Completeness and accuracy of the referral.
- Prior communications.
- Existing customer relationships.
- Other relevant records.
ProFlow has sole discretion in determining referral ownership.

10. Referral Rewards
When referral incentives or rewards are offered by ProFlow:
A reward is earned only after all published qualification requirements have been satisfied.

- Verification of the referral.
- Acceptance by the participating contractor or service provider.
- Completion of the qualifying service or transaction.
- Payment in full or partial by the customer, if applicable.

Submission of a referral does not guarantee that a reward will be earned. Referral programs commonly condition rewards on meeting objective qualification criteria determined by the program administrator.
